What is The Plug Club?

The Plug Club is 8th Street Canna’s loyalty program, powered by the Sticky Cards app. You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend, and you can redeem rewards anytime — points never expire.

How do I join?

Sign up in store or online here: Join The Plug Club. After signing up, complete your setup in the Sticky Cards wallet app to start earning points.

How does the referral program work?

When you refer a friend, you both get $10 in rewards after your friend makes their first purchase. Just make sure you’re both signed up for The Plug Club so it tracks correctly.

How do I send my referral?

In your wallet app, go to your Plug Club card and grab your unique referral link. In the card details, you will see a section titled "Referral Program."  Share it with your friend and they can use it when signing up.

Can I see my points and rewards?

Yes! In the wallet app, open your Plug Club card to see your available points, reward tiers, total visits, and your next reward.

What if I signed up with the wrong phone number?

Let us know in-store so we can reset your PlugClub account. You’ll then re-register with the correct number.

I signed up but didn’t get my points. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the wallet app. If you still don’t see them, tell a team member and we can help get your points added.

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

No, rewards are limited to one per transaction unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Can points be added manually if something goes wrong?

Yes — our team can make sure your points are added if there’s an issue.
